Ok, update...finally I took some trips to autozone, and what I left with was a water pump, an alternator, a chrome alternator bracket, and a new chrome timing chain cover(not necessary) da pics! The unnecessary timing chain cover. I did it for the looks :D Duralast Water Pump...

i couldn't agree more. Yeah, the enigine's definitely not stock...somewhere in the 400hp and tq area. And i agree, reliability is legendary in ford and chevy smallblocks. And yes, i'd never put a stock v8 in a supra...a 7mgte would be worlds better. Haha, my roommate had an 84 camaro...

Nah, it's an 80s engine. It came out of either an 89 camaro or a late 80s Corvette. I was fairly sure that the supra was just as stiff, if not stiffer, than an 80s unibody camaro. I've also tried telling him this...but he's what I like to call "Perma-Ignorant"
