Ill admit I really like black on these cars but I really like my gun metal grey... With a good polish mannn she shines like liquid haha. Towards the spoiler I think itdepends on what gears we have and how big our wallets are... I think that pretty much determines how fast we can go haha
Yeah I was meaning the 86. I should have used better punctuation it would have made more sense haha. I've noticed not many people keep the single piece wing compared to the 3 piece. Maybe its just me
http://stjoseph.craigslist.org/cto/4322525955.html just found this turbo down there too haha and yeah i noticed the spoiler too. weird that they would convert it when its in that much disarray of body work lol
Yeah You'll be good on reliability with forged pistons and rods as long as the block is decked and head is milled for MHG. After that the most important thing for reliability is a solid tune and maintenance.
Did the jdm come with oil feed/return lines? If it didn't I can't see any reason for not using the ge block as they would essentially be the exact same with the late block slightly edging it out with its slight added strength
If it were me I'd just go with the older block since it already has the oil squirters etc. With 600 hp I don't think you'll have to worry about the added 2mm
Pretty sure the only differences between the two are the oil squirters and oil return/feed for the turbo on the gte. Are you planning on running forged internals or what are you planning for the build?
