a fall meet sounds great to me!
Too bad I couldnt make the richmond meet, it looked fun (besides the cops). I know a lot of fun back roads we could take from chesapeake out to Sandbridge and/or a dyno day @ all aspects.

Just picked up some 17x8 +35 and 17x9 +25. I need some help choosing the right size tires. I do not want to roll the fenders if possible. I was thinking 225/45 and 255/40. Does that sound about right?
Im looking into some wheels that are:
17x8 with a 7mm offset
and
17x9 with a 19mm offset
Will these fit ok? what do you think the widest tire I could fit is without rubbing? I dont want to cut or roll the fenders...
Thanks,
Mike
Dumb question, but Im not sure how the targa mounts inside the hatch. I believe I have all the mounting parts, I just dont want to scratch it up. Does any one have a picture/diagram? Which end faces where?
Thanks!
Update:
The stock twins were blowing too much oil, so it was time to upgrade. I went with the Driftmotion CT-26 kit. I chose this setup since my HP goal is relatively low and I just wanted something affordable and easy to install. Im using a 57 trim CT26 and a BIC downpipe. I must say...
This is from the thread I found on SF. Looks like he gained a lot of hp from just a little adjustment. Thought I would pass on the info..
looks like about 15 peak hp, but a lot of hp under the curve...
his name is chris davey, mods are: exhaust cam gear adjusted on 1jz, auto, ebay...
Just read through some info on SF. Looks like retarding the exhaust cam gear 1.5 degrees ( or 3 crank degrees) granted some decent power gains. So Ill give that a try when I dyno.
If anyone else has any info it would be appreciated.
