I'm a newbie to supras. What exactly is a tranny cooler, how much are they and where can you buy one from?

See I would have thought if you wanted a fast car you would get a 5spd and if you wanted a cruiser then it would be a auto. The general public usually thinks of fast cars being 5spds. I'm glad to see everyone loving therer autos tho. :icon_bigg

Why are you guys doing the swap? Is it because of traffic in your area or are autos better when building cars? I always thought people prefered 5spds.

So you have a 5sp and your going to swap it with a automatic? Why is that? It's usually the other way around. :icon_bigg

Thats alot better than I thought a na would be. I drove a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer and it did 0-60 in about 11 seconds. It's funny how a older supra is still a lot better than most newer cars.

I don't know what you call what I'm talking about which is why I'm asking for help. I know a lot of cars about 1992+ have a box underneath the steering wheel which is like a black box for airplanes. It records how fast you go and give you graphs of your car data if you plug it up a pc adapter...

So therefor I couldn't do the shifter swap correct?

Will this work in a US MK3? Where could I buy this besides ebay? Also is there anyway you can use the cruise control since there's not cruise buttons on it. PS: Sorry the pictures are so big.

Is it possible to use the automatic shifter from a MK4 in a MK3? The one in the MK3 looks so dated and I was just wondering if a swap is possible.
