Figured it out. There are 2 1-wire plugs in the same general area. I had them reversed. Swapped them and bam, working well. The hose is holding up like a champ. Thanks for the help guys.

I was working on the car today, trying to get my trunk latch to work properly and noticed the rear struts have two plugs not plugged in. I looked and the tems controllers aren't there. They are pricey on line. Just a sad day.

I'm going to chalk it up to just sitting for 3 years and not being ran. We'll find out soon.
