    moving to NC...

There is a decent import scene here that aren't riced out. You find them through networking and we don't do meets typically. Just go grab a bite to eat and hang out from time to time. I know there are a few supras here and on importsnc that would love to get regular meets goin.

    moving to NC...

There are quite a few around here in the Raleigh area and a lot of good people that own them too. There is a low 10 second MKIV on stock twins in sanford. Met him through a bunch of non-supra related friends. Nasty little thing.

How long have you owned yours?

I agree there. I was talkin in the more newer sense. These cars do take a bit of money to maintain since they break more often. The money needed to mod it however has been a major plus of mine since you can get a rather nasty machine for under 16k

How long have you owned yours?

It's definitely good to see so many people with the same mindset of keeping the car alive as long as possible. It definitely takes a lot of dedication to stick with a car this old and expensive to maintain ha ha ha :)

How long have you owned yours?

Very cool guys :) I know several people that sold theirs and in less than a month regretted it. Never been able to explain to outsiders the reasoning behind the obsession/passion of the car. There's something about the essence the MKIII has that I have always loved.

    mk4 dash in mk3

The thing I think would be tricky would be getting the AC vents, shifter, steering wheel, etc to all fit and work properly with it. I could imagine that would be a tricky job with all the little tid bits that rely on the shape of the MKIII dash to line up. I agree with the OP however as far as...

How long have you owned yours?

Got the idea reading another thread and wondered... How long have all of you owned the current Supra and how are you feeling about the car? Do you plan to keep it as long as possible, unsure, or starting to want to throw it off a cliff? I got mine when I was 16 after Dad purchased a mint...

    My new daily driver...

Ahh much much better without the f&f stuff ha ha ha. Would love to have that body style integra, really like the interior over the DA's. Great cars! Can't remember, is the LS still a non-vtec 1.8L? If so even if the engine goes you can get a replacement for like 500ish :)

    My new daily driver...

Congrads...I threw a post up a bit ago after we did a compression test on my 90 integra. it had 205Kish or something like that on the engine and still put out just under 200psi on each cylinder. (who knows if thats how high it really is but the consistency is what is the most important) I just...

    Random...i love my integra!

Thats pretty cool info, didn't know that much of the details. Not yet but I am about to be, just got on clubintegra last night for some insights on the car and will join that one now. Basically I am keeping an eye out for cheap and simple things I can do to improve the car since 99% of the money...

    Random...i love my integra!

It works with actual cups from like a drive through. I set a monster there once and forgot i did it...hit the brakes and whattya know, it kept going! Basically I am looking for something decent that I can bolt/epoxy to the center piece next to the shifter on the pass side. I rather keep anything...

Its a manual, damn 140? That's really not bad for a 1990 1.8l. Don't forget there were vtec gen 2s. I think 91 they started making the GSR

That's a gen3 the gen2's didn't have any...stupid design. There is a very very rare center console that I read was an option for this car. It's driving me nuts not having one thats for sure.

Not sure about power I was wanting to say 160ish crank. I have the RS which is the 1.8l just no vtec and it made 130 at the crank 200k ago. Love to dyno it just to see what it does lol. It has had some hard miles over the years from me and it just won't die. Unfortunately the gas thing drove the...

If money was NO object, what would you do to your Supra?

Give it to chip foose and tell him to do his thing ha ha ha

    Random...i love my integra!

Maybe GSR? That would be the 1.8l vtec. Mine doesn't have vtec and is rather slow as hell but it is what it is. Gets me where I want to go cheaply and worry free. Did alotta interior clean up and exterior clean up and realized it's actually in great shape. Kinda forgot that it was a clean car...

Just did a routine tune up changing plugs, oil, air filter and plug wires... My 1990 clicked over 207,000 miles last week and I bought it with 120,000 about 3 years ago for 2500. Anyways, I decided to do a compression test for the heck of it. 199,198,200,199 was the reading on the four...
