Car is non turbo. 10.6:1 compression and a megasquirt 2. I think there's more in it but i guess i'll see next time I go to the strip.

It's a rebuilt motor with 10.5:1 wiseco pistons (.020), pacesetter header, 2.5in exhaust... and a terrible 60'!(car F9931) the fastest pass wheel spin best 60' but missed 2nd... facepalm

Isn't there more to this race than just hp? The NA has a 4.30 final drive while the turbo has a 3.85ish final drive. Maybe that's why the NA pulled so hard off the line. Guys at my local track pick up a lot time with a shorter final drive and they get good 60's.

well i am in the middle of gathering parts for my engine rebuild, i kind of want to gut my interior because it smells(probably a dead animal somewhere) i don't know if i am getting drag radials because shocks, clutch, and bushings are first on the to do list, and i don't know about the 14's...

I will be drag racing this summer once I finish rebuilding my 7mge. Hopeing to break into high 14s with drag radials, and a gutted interior!!!!!

I am rebuilding my engine this winter and was wondering what the difference is between the GTE and GE oil pumps.. i am guessing that the GTE oil pump is just a higher oil pressure since it goes through an oil cooler? I have a GE motor and am wondering if a GTE oil pump will be fine to use. Thanks
