I found a 7M block for a nice price but it's cover which says it's a GE or a GTE is gone so I don't know if it's a GE block or a GTE block what should I do to know which one it is? It's just the block nothing else with it.

Just a question at what rpm does the turbo spool? is there an equation for that? like when the pressure is 1psi what's the rpm of the turbo?
