Wondering how to get a "air bubble" out of my coolant lines. The top hose doesn't hold fluid like every other car I have own'ed is it me or do I need to do soemthing?

I just got done with my turbo swap (old ct-26 to newer one) Get finished find a coolant leak in the lower radiator hose. I look and see that around the pass. side of the motor it's smoking (sweet smelling so coolant where it leaked all over the block) but I touch the turbo and it's screaming...

So im almost finished with my turbo and I can't get the oil line with a bolt through it to go where it needs to be. Anyone have any experience with this? Also when I get finished up any advice/procedures to oil up the turbo? Or just make sure the filter is primed? Any advice would be appreciated.

ran into a problem. I lost my gasket for the oil pickup, But on a good note I have 3 metal gaskets for it. Now my ? is do I just throw the metal gasket on there after I prep it or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
