I have made progress but it isn't helping... I noticed that the Idle speed Controller connector had some broken wires so I fixed that, replaced the O2 sensor and knock sensor and adjusted the TPS some more and it seems now when I start the car the check engine light doesn't stay on anymore...

I've never owned a turbocharged car before, just never seems to happen. I'm sure it would be nice, but the type of driving I do favors NA's anyway so I'm not worried about having the fastest car around. I just want my car to help me be a faster driver.
