Even at under 11 psi? It wasn't doing it yesterday at high pressure yesterday with the stock elbow/dp/cat.

Worthwhile post... Any insight as to what the problem may be since I'm not sure? I have already done a boost leak test after I put on my hard pipes.

I just installed a 3" elbow, d/p and cat to match my 3" exhaust. Since I did that I've started hitting boost cut. I do have a bov vented to atm, but that didn't cause me any problems before. Also, I was hitting 11ish psi on the wastegate before the dp with no problems now I see 10.2 psi peak...

I had the problem with the pedal resting on the floor, but it wouldn't get pressure back by pumping it. I had to vent the clutch lines and it came back to normal.

I have the gain on my SBC-iD set to 75 and I have no problem. 10.6 all day. At least when I don't have boost leaks that is.
