GCC is just for finer tuning your F-Con or VPC or EVC.
With the GCC 1 you can just tune on 6 set RPM points and -12% to +16% to the setting which either your F-Con, VPC or EVC is giving out.

It´s a Supra from the in Europe very common "Terror" Tuner named Jürgen :D
He was the first (back in the 90`s) who drilled the extra cooling holes into the head and block. He even proved, that a MA70 MK3 is faster than a complety new MK4...
Since you have a MK3 you can only choose the universal harness, and yes: you have to solder it in.
Should be not a problem if you are experienced in soldering.

Mounted on a stock Supra the Blitz is FAR louder than the Invidia RS*R.
The Tanabe SHM is a very quiet exhaust as long as you don`t press the pedal to the metal.
Under WOT the Tanabe sounds very sporty and not so quiet but nevertheless way more quiet than the Blitz.

I have driven my FCD, F-Con setup for about 3 years - yes, I know how an FCD works ;) and I never told him to get past 0,8bar without any gauges to check that your engine runs healthy.
After that I stepped up to a VPC and was running that for about a year.

Disconect the FCD, and all other tuning and start from the really beginning.
If you are sure there are no problems then you can hook up your FCD again.
I recommend an HKS FCD over Lex-Riemer upgrade by far.
Lex-AFM is about 25% bigger than stock, the 550s are about 25% bigger...
Just turn it to 3.

The only FCD from HKS that will work with the 7m-gte is the HKS FCD Type K3 (and no other one!) on position 3.
If you haven`t connected the FCD please do yourself a favour and double (and triple!)...

I can only tell you about the AEM, haven`t had or seen the MOTEC (I don`t count the MOTEC on the race-sim GTR :D).
AEM is nice to tune, pretty easy to understand and offers a wide variety of options.
But there are some really bad parts:
