Its the turbo front seal if the turbo has minimal shaft play just replace the seals. Had the same problem replaced the seals it worked fine

I had a stroker camaro befor the supra and the gas mileage sucked ass sure it was fast but still. At most 8 miles a gal. Had to put gas 2 tomes to get to the track and back.

Thanks for the tips i plugged the egr I jut think it looks better with out the vacume tree and solonoids or the big egr valve. I just think if i have time to take it off why not.

That looks like an EGR block off plate. IT'S similar to what i used.
