Those are for the IAC. Otherwise know as the idle air control valve. The metal one way valve first, the way its sitting on the table the bowl looking part of it goes into the mani, then the rubber ring.
Yeah even if you had the injectors installed you still need to adjust the air screw ion the bottom of the lex MAF. Turn it all the way in and back out 1 1/2 turns. Start from there and adjust as needed.
I always port match the intake manis to the head. You can open the intake ports, you just don't want them to be super smooth so the full and air can mix better before they enter the cylinder.
It's normal. It's just clutch chatter. If you were to have a double or triple disc it would be much louder. My ACT 6 puck sprung disc does the same thing. No worries bro.
And as far as no emissions in WI the law just changed in July of 2008 for car/trucks 95 and older(OBD1) When I lived in Chicago in 2006-2007 their law also changed to the same affect of WI. They won't go back to testing all cars because they did a study and the percent of OBD1 cars on the road...
