looks good. But I think the 60mm would have fit better. That is what I have in mine. There is a lil more fab work but doesnt leave a gap. Maybe you can try putting some black plastic that is used for stereo installs to fill up the gap. Just a suggestion though.

just bypass the coolant that was suppose to flow through isc to tb. For egr you can buy a resistor from radio shack and plug it into the harness so it doesnt give you a check engine light. I dont remember what resistor it is though. Id have to look if you need to.
