im running the 2JZ-GE fly wheel also. other then having to have it redrilled for the pressure plate i cant think of anything else. my setup is 2JZ-GTE motor 2JZ-GE flywheel 1JZ Bellhousing R154 7M-GTE 6 puck ACT clutch and pressure plate stock drive shaft (lil tight but it works)

Im running a GT60 on a log manifold basicly PHR's stage 1 turbo. no issues with clearance.
