    Just saw how much of a PITA it is to take the oil pan off. Any idea what to check before i resort to doing that? Read somewhere that it can also be cause by low clearances?

    Read your reply wrong. Get a multi meter and measure the resistances and current. Values should be in a haynes manual somewhere. if you dont got one, get one. Its your new bible.

    Check your timing? Not positive, but on my Celicas atleast, if you didnt put the distro back in the same exact position your firing will be off. Make sure you are getting spark. Take out a plug, ground the threads to the block, have a friend turn it over and see if it sparks. Do this for each...

    WI Supra owners.

    Drove the Supra for the first time. Has some Oil Pressure issues and is leaking coolant somewhere. Forgot to add: Needs brakes, tie rod, alignment, tires..........lol. And so the money shoveling begins!

    When you get the head back on, dont be shocked that its going to be pouring white smoke. Mine did it at least for 10 miles after. Had to get rid of what was left.

    Knocking is the wrong word. Its ticking/clicking. Idleing, as in stopsigns, lights, etc. while driving. Only when i first start it after sitting do i have no clicking/tapping/w.e and good pressure. until i start driving.
