You could also just get a rebuilt head from cylinder heads international for around $425. They send you the head, you put your old one in the box and send it back to them, no downtime. I used them for my bhg rebuild and it went very smoothly. The number is 800-572-1963. Hope this helps.

Your cam seals are located behind the cam pulleys. You will need to remove the timing belt covers and the cam pulleys to get to them. When they leak, the oil will run down the front of the engine and it will look like it is coming form the main pulley (harmonic balancer). Follow the instructions...

How important is the check valve behind the isc, and could it cause the car not to start if it was defective.
