I just noticed one of the wires has ripped off from my fuel pressure VSV. Does it have any other function besides helping hot starts? It runs fine right now, can I just take it off?

Right now I have the stock elbow and stock downpipe (cat in downpipe gutted), then 3" straight pipe to the back. Stock ct26 at 10 psi. Would a good 3" downpipe make a pretty noticeable difference or is it only worthwhile for a larger turbo and more boost?

My Supra has a vibration coming from the back only at around 40-45mph. Any other speed it's perfectly smooth. It's like a low pitched humming vibration. on/off throttle, coasting, it doesn't matter. The driveshaft is in phase and it has a new carrier bearing. What could it be?
