I replaced my cap/rotor along with a full tune-up and went from 15 city/22 highway to 18city / 35 highway. And the highway speeds were at 80-100. At 60-80 mph I averaged 39mpg on a 500 mile trip. This is according to the supermonitor...did check it to be accurate though.
glad to here you took the bosch out. I heped a friend of mine put one in his celica and 3 days later it caught on fire and burned the entire car. Sent it back to them and they said it was rebuilt incorrectly causing it to stick in the on position and run at all times.

Take the throttle body off and inspect it to find where the coolant is coming from. If you cant find anything there check your hoses in that area. Should be pretty obvious. It may be running rough if you altered the tps in some way while trying to fix it.

Where do you get the silicone valve stem seals indvidually (set of 24 without rest of seals)? I have only ever seen the ones that come in the kit. Is there a difference in using the silicone over the standard?
Like they said get the codes posted up and do not buy any more parts. Rarely do you see a supra with serious fuel problems so it is probably something else that will be revealed in your engine codes.
Pretty much any hardware store has that stuff. Its by the sanding and grinding equiptment. I don't know what you have local but I have bought all of the things your emntioned at home depot, lowes, ace...
Do the easy things first by thoroughly checking your igniter and afm. If they are not the problem I was getting this combo when my timing belt jumped time. In your case it definitely sounds like it is electrical.
