The replacement water pump seal has swollen back up and is operating nicely. I need to flush out the water pump seal lube and get some fresh coolant in, but I made it all the way to NC without losing a drop. Thanks again everyone!

Got the Mamba back to VA. Thanks to Jordan, the car should be back to its usual 90%. Thanks to Mark E. showing up with punches and the gasket material, the Black Migrain will nolonger be leaking exhaust into the cabin, and trying to kill me. :-)

Well. Storm related or not, my water pump gave up the ghost. Im half tempted to epoxy the weep hole closed in order to get the Mamba back to VA this weekend.

Alright guys, here's the Nc news. The Hooters meet was enough of a success that they want cars there every Wednesday. So now instead of "Bike Night" it's "Import Night" every wednesday night at the Winston-Salem Hooters starting at 6pm.

I've been waiting for you to chime in. :-) Im halfway between winston salem and greensboro on I40 in a little town called Kernersville. Im keeping up with events in Nc on a forum called Importsnc.com. I can't way to hang out with ya some more.

So far so good. And yep, I can hit May in May in under 4 hours. I'll be out that way for all minces stuff, including mini meets. :-) im also looking forward to doing some VIR events, as well as the food lion auto fair in Charlotte.

I went out there under the impression that people gather in the Hooters parking lot every Wednesday, and I never heard differently. Plus there is a get together every Friday at the Thruway Shopping Center.
