Andrew, I do hope it is not what that sounds like. Could be a front pump going out. As I said, that tranny was working fine when removed, however it did sit in a static state for close to 10 yrs. I hope the noise is coming from somewhere else, hate to see anyone have to R&R a tranny twice...

Odd that the pan seal is leaking as I did put a new one on it and torqued the pan bolts to spec. Yes, it came out of an 87 Turbo.

All set up here. Andrew I have your tranny serviced and the pan looked great, no metal at all. Bringing down a MK III 7MGTE 5 speed diff for sale also. Looking forward to seeing the whole crew there. Arriving Va Beach on Friday morning and staying until Monday.
