no they are the same thats why they are a cross-referenced part. you can't buy 1J parts at a dealer which is why you cross-reference. unless you want to order from japan or australia and wait a month for it

71mm can be streetable theres a lot of variables. how much do you want on pump gas? me myself if i was gonna step up that big and was looking for 700-750 hp i would get nothing smaller than a 71 so you don't have to run EXTREMELY high pressure to hit 700-750
