if the plugs are intact enough, you can get the part number off the ECU plug and either find one in a junk yard or get one new from toyota. Which plug is crushed? i might be able to pull a number off my ECU plug

If both are sharing the same codes, then it's probably because the engine is having the same problem on both ECU
code 12: RPM signal or Knock sensor signal
code 14: Turbo pressure or ignition signal
wiring check out okay?
