It was a "clean and fill" not an actual system flush and it was done after the Sea foam. I was hoping that maybe I had a varnish build up in the valve body but there was no change after replacing the ATF.
The symptoms started suddenly i.e. it was working fine one day then the next and ever...
In the morning the trans won't up shift from first gear until I either floor it or drive it for several blocks and then the change is at a high RPM (3k +) and is extremely harsh when it does finally shift. It only happens the one time and shifts normally for the remainder of the day regardless...

If the trailer starts to fish tail should you speed up, gently slow down or apply the brake?
My vote is to gently slow down but since this has never happened...
Shouldn't your list include 550 injectors, fuel pres reg, Lexus AFM and SAFC? Seems to me a lot of the parts you have mentioned are dependant upon a complete and balanced upgraded fuel/intake/management system to reap any significant bennefits.
What kind of problems if any might I encounter running an ACTstage III clutch in regards to premature thrust bearing wear? The pedal is noticably firmer than the stock unit. I have already disconnected the clutch switch so the engine is always started without the clutch pedal being pressed...
