Arrrrrrrrgh....I've been working on the drive for 2 1/2 hours.....almost done.

My buddy that worked with me moved up there, I always forget N or S Dakota. I guess I'll email him today....lol. I had to go up there for work when I worked for the railroad and fix a locomotive, I was stuck there for two weeks....it sucked, It was in January.

I hate this shit! Winter sucks. I cleared the driveway 1.5 hours ago and its got 8" of snow again. No one even answers at work when I try to call. I guess the dealership is closed, I think they got hit even harder there. Worst part is, I have snow tires in the back seat that I was going to...

3 Day weekend for me, didnt even make it past my mailbox! Guess I will be pissing around on here today. It was 60 weds, 20's yesterday, a foot of snow I wake up to this a.m. Stranded like a mofo.

There is nothing vacuum related for the trans, its all electronic. Not sure i'm following on the problem though, sometimes when the afm is bad, it will idle ok, then fall on its face when you give it gas. It may be unplugged or got knocked around when you were working.

Selz, those diagrams are cool....but the one marked egr vsv is actually the modulator, the egr vsv is under the intake with the fp up vsv.

It sounds very much like BHG. You put a stocker in itlast time? If so.....ya , go steel and arp's.

I run the dual walbros, it is a PITFA getting them in the tank right, but works well. I read alot on the forums complaints about the noise, but I cant even hear mine.

If the compression is good, and it smokes on heavy accel, my best guess would be turbo, alot of times they smoke when you decel/stop/idle too, depends what part of turbo went bad, check for shaft play.
