yes you can connect the vaccum lines before it goes back in. put the whole damn thing back together when you put it back in, it will be 100 times easier. i mean everything, tranny, turbo, ac,head, vaccum lines. this is how i pull and replace the engine, with everything on it and its soooo easy...

yes the rx7 have two different size injectors they have primary and secondary injectors. the rx7 injectors you need are from an early 87 model only, the other years wont work. they are low impedence denso top feed. the part number is 195500-1370. they have a tan looking color on the connector...

anyway lexus never had any 550 cc injectors apparently so obviouskly you want 550 cc injectors, and the LEXUS AFM. the casting on my afm is 22250-50010. oh and if you dont know the difference between injector and afm i dont think id be fucking with that car. :3d_frown: dont use that lex afm...

how do you know its cold for sure? have your tried using your heater latley? seee how air feels coming out of your vents. then change your thermostat, the factory stat is 190* i believe. Mike

take out the shifter, unbolt the suupport bolts, unplug connector(3 or 4 if its an auto, speedo, linkage if its an auto, cant really think oof anything else its been a while. not a whole lot though.

its seasy, i did mine last time in just 2 hours. dont touch your driveshaft when pulling, and pull hte motor and tranny at the same time as the others have said. sounds like your making this a whole hell of alot harder than it is.
