I was wondering since it's just a 4 channel will the Twin Fire still work? I noticed it had install instructions for the 2JZ with 4 channel, but it says install with AEM EMS also.

Well gentlemen I just figured it out. It was the three pin connector, I unwrapped the wires and found there was a broken wire. Thanks for all the help!

I'm not sure what vehicle the 1JZ came out of. Does anyone happen to know what each wire on the back of the ALT do? I was thinking about just re-wiring it. I don't really want to tear the harness apart so I was just going to make my own.

I checked it out and there is a black wire coming from the post on top of the alternator to the fuse box. The cut black wire is a second black wire that is coming off of the same side of the fuse. Its hard to see in the picture, but there is 2 wires there. I am going to just run that cut line...

Found a yellow wire near the fuse box that is not connected to anything. It looks like it goes into a 3 pin connector with a white wire, a black wire and the yellow one. Any clues?

Yeah I knew it was the wire that came off of the ALT 100 AMP fuse, but I have know idea were it goes. I have looked all around and can't seem to find were it could have broken off from.
