That car has been around Southern Alberta since new. Someone bought and put it in a Quonset to store it (as the story goes). The first time i remember hearing of it was in 1999 or 2000 as it was up for auction then with 92 KM on it. It has been up for auction since then as well. IMO they should...

Actually im not a welding engineer..but i can see the cold lap and the start/stop marks. a little bevel insted of a but weld would have made them look alot flatter and nicer. I guess being a ticketed welder and a ticketed millwirght means my "IMO" is wrong? Also its not a matter of looking...

IMO those welds on the DP look like crap.
