Actually im not a welding engineer..but i can see the cold lap and the start/stop marks. a little bevel insted of a but weld would have made them look alot flatter and nicer.
I guess being a ticketed welder and a ticketed millwirght means my "IMO" is wrong?
Also its not a matter of looking...
Whats the weight difference between the 7m and the 1g? Also if you're making suspension parts for a 7m are you taking in the weight differential?
Another thing, How long do you think the rubber piping will last under all that heat wrap(lagging)?
