I'm about to go through this tommorrow. Car has no power what so ever. i'm going to try the rewire first. I heard 90% of the time it's the wiring not making good contact.

Ok I looked it up. Don't give up on me, I'm learning. I'm taking out the throttle body because it looks dirty. I will adjust the TPS while it's out since the bottom screw doesn't look very easy to get to.

Define infinite resistance.

I'm checking my sensor per TSRM and everything is within range until I get to Throttle wide open and test VTA-E2 and Vc-E2. I get a zero reading. Is the sensor bad or just needs to adjusted?

Hijack for a second--if I'm not using the cruise control can I just simple discount the cable.
