Cheap quick and effective :D
Made it from scrap at work in about 10mins
Holds my morning coffee and my afternoon soda just fine. I should try to make something a bit "prettier" but time to do it isn't there.

Check for vacuum leaks. Intake gaskets and lower fuel injector seals esp. And from now on, to appease jetjock, refer to "turning on" your car as starting, start up, running, acceleration, deceleration, etc... that will help lower the meaningless posts in certain "newb" threads

I think that goes to the horn mounted by the brake booster - for the alarm. For your no start issue, check for a square plug below fuse box underhood.

The other option that is available, is to replace the entire line from pump to rail. You would need to modify things back at the pump a little (there are threads all over about doing that) But you would essentially eliminate any restrictions from the factory system. But, you will need a bit more...
I do not know what size the circled fitting is. I have my feed line start at the banjo fitting and go to the fuel rail. I had purchased 3' of line, and have 19" left over, so yes 3' is plenty.
I honestly don't remember off the top of my head right now. The MKIII TSRM is online, and has all that info.
The connection you are talking about is the metal block bolted to the D/S engine mount. It has a banjo fitting on the top and bottom. That is as well M12x1.25
That's the way mine is. I have the return straight to the line by the frame rail. J tube was bypassed completely.

no prob.
only things i could add:
bypass the J tube, M12x1.25 fittings for both ends of fuel rail and the connection attached to motor mount (banjo fitting from factory) and set your afpr to factory specs.
Wow, I really feel like a dope. I never thought of looking on eBay when I bought mine..... Decent prices too.
As for sizing, I'm running -6 feed and return. The feed line is aeroquip SS Braid that I bought the ends for and had to make, and it's a good bit larger than the -6 pre-made SS braid...
The banjo bolts are M12x1.25
If you find black fittings let me know. I got mine from summit racing. They are Earl's brand labeled for mikuni carbs. Oddball size to find.

Yup, that's the one I was thinking of. :D
I never did see any dyno numbers from it though? I'm curious as to what it does with the orchestra of snails under the hood.
I think that motor ended up in a 57-ish chevy belair or something. I have seen that pop up on facebook in it's finished form. Nice looking car, but I really think 8 turbos is excessive
