ok, so i have a 86.5 supra has the typical 7mge rodknock. so i decided to swap a (bonestock)2jzge in, I am going the NA-T route. what do i need for internals, to run around 30 psi

just to clarify with the gte cams, so if i use 2jzgte stage 3 cams and put them into my 2jzge i should have no problem fitting them in?

and just to clarify im talking about gte after market parts..
so i got a mk3 86.5 supra and im swaping the 2jz into it, already has an r154.i have the bellhousing and mounts to drop it in.. but i was wondering what would be the best cams and pistons to put in it? im looking for max horsepower. not the least expensive route..
