    it looked to me like it might be used as a exhaust pressure test port so you dont have to take out the O2? possible not sure though

    are you talking about the metal gasket/spacer that goes between the waste gate and the stock cast elbow?

    Ya I kinda had a feeling that it would cost some money to make more power. The exhaust that I have comes right off of the cast elbow
