Does anyone know what all you have to do to swap all my 87 Turbo stuff into a 90 n/a

I have a 7mgte that's never had any machine work not sure how much it off or if it is but was just wondering if anyone know what's the most you can take off the head and block to use the Titan 1.4mm mhg I got one in a good deal and wanna try and use it
