Where do the hoses on the IACV or ISC valve go? I know the top two go on the throttle body but where does the bottom one go?? the one that sits over by the bottom of the intake.

I don't really need this thread anymore. I found the problem it was either the vacuum lines under the intake or the ISCV I replaced. I don't really know how to delete this so if someone could tell me how or do it for me that would be great
