It is fairly snug, but enough clearance to allow a vey slight rocking motion. It is almost negligable when fully insrted. If anyone cares for the plans and dimenstion I can post them.

Shields are not powdered coated, Used extreme high temp paint. Pipes are ceramic coated, intake was powdercoated by myself.
