Warped flywheel is my first thought, it's not that uncommon...
Mine was warped and I had vibrations as the cluch engaged, while driving it was fine.
I had it milled at a workshop at the cost of $50 and it's been smooth ever since...
I asked a while ago if anybody had CAD drawings for flanges needed to make our own DP but nobody seemed to have any, so I made some of my own...
Attached to this post there is a zip file with drawings for Turbo(exhaust), cat(3" version) and the o2 sensor.
This should be enough to make your own...
To vent or not to vent, that's the question...
If you vent it you'll go rich for a short while everytime it vents, your cat. won't like this in the long run...
The best thing to do if you want to vent your bov is to loose the AFM and run MAP instead (ie. MAFT-Pro)
Got a pic of where you connected the MAP sensor vacum line? if you connect it wrong the engine will run like crap.
Perhaps you can use this one to illustrate where you connected it:

I would really like this info too, but no matter how hard I want it I still think you are doing a great job for the community!
Keep up the good work...
As far as I can recall the pistons don't hit the valves if the timingbelt snaps in a 7M...
My vote is also on mechanical damage, some crap went in to the motor...
If your MAFT pro LCD backlight comes on and nothing else happens and the unit seems dead, check your system voltage...
Your car's battery might be discharged, the MAFT Pro requires at least 10V.
