Take some pictures, sounds like a crowded hatch :). 2 10s were good for me. They had a nice response, cleanly hit in a wide range of frequencies, and the box I made (sealed) deep notes sound great.

Alpine makes a nice center channel DIN speaker and an inexpensive 5.1 Dolby Digital approved amp. the thing is it only puts out 50w RMS x 5 @ 4 ohms.

They make single din speakers. I think that would be a lot easier than mounting a speaker in your dash or wherever.

I wasn't talking about the condenser fan. There is another fan that is in the clutch fan shroud.
