From Zazzn's oil thread..
"I changed my oil with Pennzoil platinum and ever since I noticed my car acted like it had crank walk since it would dip in RPM when I pushed the clutch.
I thought it was funny but got side tracked with some other issues with the car like a fan problem which ended...
Homer,
Im wondering if you have run on the highway with no A/C (therefore no fans) in 90+ temps? I know I wouldnt do it if I had A/C but that might be a better comparison...
Your cooling system looks to be quite sufficient!
Mike
In theory, I would agree. All I can say, is that I ran both fans and it stopped getting hot. It never overheated per say, just got up to about 3/4 on the factory gauge.
Do you have an undertray? Like others have said, Im sure that would be the difference for the highway cooling...
Well I believe I have solved my problem. I am running dual fans and dual relays. The fan on the passenger side was not turning on due to a faulty temp sender (200 degree). I tested this out with a laser thermometer. It was reading 215 on the sensor and the fan wasnt kicking on. The driver...
Thanks for the responses. I do need to get an undertray, its on my list of things to buy.

I never had this problem before, it just started about a month ago. Nothing new or modified...

I have a koyo radiator with dual flex a lite fans. I...

Nice car and setup OneJSupra!
I have a question... Since the stock fuel pressure regulator is supposed to be between 33 and 38 psi (http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44481&highlight=1jz+fuel+pressure)
is there really any need for the adjustable regulator if your going to run...
Sold the wheels to a local guy with an white NA MKIV. They should look pretty good for him. So you're back to the 1jz again? Nice. Let me know if you want to go for a ride in mine. The 1j has such a sweet power band.
Thanks to all the others for the compliments!
