Under the rear seat are some large black bungs. These cover the access to the front subframe mounts both the caged nut and the stud.. never had a issue removing them. One thing to be aware of. It's a big heavy lump to remove in one piece
I would guess any hardware or autoparts shop as long as they are 8.8 or higher tensile strength

Ok you have all the wires on the vpc side of the connector? If so it's a case of cutting it off an hardwiring it then adding the required resistors

Ok. Can you post a picture of the wires at the control box end? As it's not clear what's what in your picture, looks like you have a whole bunch of hks wiring

Does it fire up ok then Idle without issue then die when you give it throttle? if so check the Map sensor. got the same issue with mine, it will stumble hesitate then die if you give it throttle, disconnect the electrical connector on the map sensor and it will rev up to around 3k with light...
