What are the limitations to SAFC 2 tuning on a 1JZ? My prior experience with them on SR20's was that they are good for stock plus minor bolts ons but I see a good amount of people on here saying they use the SAFC 2 for bigger injectors and single turbos.
I am running stock twins and bolt ons...
^ Yup, that is it on the 2J. Clearly the one that I have pictured on the left is the wrong part for a Supra then. Good find
I went ahead and picked up that one from ebay.
To reiterate, not a single gasket we found worked. It's not that they would loosely fit. They were all the wrong size. As in too large in diameter or too small.
That's why I'm looking for a part number or supplier
I have. The washer sits on the lip of the 2J pulley instead of the bearing so when you tighten it, it clamps down on the pulley and not the bearing. That of course means it is bolted down and does not spin
