Does anyone still make a metal one? I've seen the one carbon fiber one on here. Wasn't sure if there were any other options out there.

What are the limitations to SAFC 2 tuning on a 1JZ? My prior experience with them on SR20's was that they are good for stock plus minor bolts ons but I see a good amount of people on here saying they use the SAFC 2 for bigger injectors and single turbos. I am running stock twins and bolt ons...

^ Yup, that is it on the 2J. Clearly the one that I have pictured on the left is the wrong part for a Supra then. Good find I went ahead and picked up that one from ebay.

I doubt it. The gasket here is that ring that I'm pointing at, not a normal stencil gasket. I'll likely just re-use based on other's opinions

Possibly. If a smaller random washer is the tried and true fix then yes. If not, I want to know the correct way and part.

I'm leaning towards reusing it but I'll give those two a try as well.

To reiterate, not a single gasket we found worked. It's not that they would loosely fit. They were all the wrong size. As in too large in diameter or too small. That's why I'm looking for a part number or supplier

I have. The washer sits on the lip of the 2J pulley instead of the bearing so when you tighten it, it clamps down on the pulley and not the bearing. That of course means it is bolted down and does not spin

To be technical that is not the correct way of doing it either. The correct way IMO is knowing the part and buying it lol I felt it was implied that I sifted through numerous gaskets. No gaskets that we looked through worked though. From Toyota to Ford

My 1JZ's pulley wheel is metal and the 2JZ pulley wheel is not the same. I have them both right now and they are def different. The bushing inside might be the same but that would require punching out the 2JZ's and installing it into my 1JZ pulley wheel without damaging the bearing. Note how...

I'm aware I was trying mk3's and 4', sc300's and 400's, is300s, ext. If others have reused them then I suppose I can too. It's just one of those things that since you've got it apart you might as well change it.

It seems to be some kind of crush washer gasket on the exhaust manifolds where the turbos connect on a 1JZ. I spent a nice evening with my Autozone friends trying to find a match to no avail. Where the heck can I find these (and they don't come in 1JZ gasket sets. I have one and they are not...

What is a direct replacement for this? I have the metal one and the bearing is bad. I assumed a supra pulley would be the same but it is not. Where can I find a 1JZ pulley or what does it cross reference with?
