toyota avalon cable is what i have, about 4 inches longer thank mk4. also bolts up the same.

nice build. currently building my mk3 1j.. 88 mkiii 1j, single borg s362, aemv2 fic 1100s e85, stock auto box with 3600 stall. slips in third. i have a th400, just havent pulled the trigger yet. looking at the brangers adapter kit. currently hung up on what converter i want.

Ran 13.22 with a 2.68 60 @ 121.44 mph. Still stock auto box. That was on 10 psi an 80 deg out. Converter is to tight, wont build boost off the line.. any advice would be appreciated.

325 whp at 5500 rpm. 10 psi. Could not get a full run. Fuel pressure dropped at 5500 rpm. Changing fuel system to dual 044 pumps.

Car is an 88 factory turbo supra. It has a 1jz non vvti auto. It has a 3400 stall. Borg 8376, fic 1100s, aem v2, supra stick, radium fuel rail with damper, old school trd fuel reg, tial bov and wg. Lq9 ls coils. Will be hitting the rollers on the 8th for a tune. Any thoughts on what it'll make...

Mine had the same issues. Replaced the serp belt tensioner. That did not fix it. Replaced the timing belt tensioner and idler pulley sound went away.

i dont have said vacuum on my power steering. it will maintain rpm just fine.

the 1jz i have in my 86.5 and running only has one o2. as far as extending the main harness, i wouldnt. the ecu plug ins will reach. the m1 and b1 pluge are the only ones i had to splice. i took the original 7m harness and cut the connectors off with about 12 inches of harness on them. spliced...

then why dont you lift or put spacers on the other engine mount? you have more room under the hood than you think. ive had a 350 in my car at one point.. you will have room. but idealy you should buy mounts.

I did the 1jz swap last winter.. the mounts I had to buy. The 7m mounts and 1jz mounts would not work. I had the same issue. The new mounts gave me almost an inch between the head and fire wall.. now the transmission mount I did have to make, and my drive shaft is a combo of sc300 and 7m. Now if...

what does the check engine light say? or is it not hooked up? have you pulled the ecu out and inspect it for leaking caps?
