Well, looks like I answered my own question in regards to compression ratio. If the calculator is correct it will only change compression ratio by .04.... So I reckon that should be ok. Further I have read that people have used 86mm bore headgaskets with stock bore size without any issues...

I have spent a few hours trying to design the flange on mastercam. It is much harder to do than I originally thought, whoever designed the back of the turbo must have wanted to make things difficult. The whole thing is angular, with all sorts of different tangents and whatnot....
