Bike issue is definitly the carbs. Clean them all out and make sure all of the floats are at the proper level and get them sync'd up while the bike is running.

The 4" bends i was going to use for the intake to the turbo are large radi so mocking it up i couldn't get a pipe between the intake and the CPS. And my manifold has the turbo sitting a little more forward than yours. I was debating to ovalize the pipe and try and snake it under...

I was messing with pipes the other night and this was all that i could come up with that would clear the hood, etc. Having the turbo 3/4" higher from the QSV really makes things tight above it. But i think it will have to do for now, i dont have the time...
old thread, but I just started setting up my 6265 journal turbo, havnt got it running yet. Was wondering how you like the long runner intake manifold? I think i am going to need a FFIM to clear the charge pipes, The turbo now sits in the way of making anything decent to the stock intake.

^ this is more work than just swapping the flanges, the two sets of three tubes leading into the divided flange are not all grouped together. Granted you can cut down a few inches on the inside of the tubes and try to box that in, but that wouldnt look very nice in the end when its a wasp nest...
