Yup looks like a capacitor blew and leaked acid. Going ro send the ecu in to a ecu repair shop.

Yup tried a new relay but that wasnt the issue. Been back tracking my wiring and traced it back to the ECU. Potential failure in the ECU. Im going to send it off to a ECU repair shop to have them diagnose it.

No start but does crank, unless I bypass the main efi relay which is does start up then which is leading the diagnostics to the ignition wiring issue. When I bypass the main efi relay it starts up perfectly and idles as it should. Got a new battery in it. Fuel is good. Just need to determine why...

Do you still have the old spark plugs? I would drop those back in and see if it starts to rule out the spark plugs. Does the engine just spin just no start? Battery good? Spark plug wires new or old?
