I ended up doing the mod. After numerous attempts in finding the problem I believe its the actual wiring from the relay. Thanks for the help guys.

I ended up going with a Spec stage 3+ from eclutch.com. The price was right and its more towards what I was looking for. Ill post updates after the break in period. Its getting installed tomorrow.
