89+have plastic end links the 86to 88 have the metal ones.

How much are brand new endlinks from Toyota?

I don't know, but A-1 racing makes a nice set of adjustable end links (not plastic.) It seems like a no-brainer to get rid of the plastic.

I would hate to get nice new Sway Bars, and not use them to their full advantage because of fear of another weak link breaking. my.02.

Looks to me like those end links could be easily made from parts from McMaster-Carr. some threaded heim joints, a nice threaded rod and some nuts and bolts and youve got beef.

Jdub Bingo Thats Awesome, God Bless McMaster-Carr, been a customer of theirs since I got my first job in the semiconductor world in 1975. I see something that needs to built, filtered, fixed, hosed, rigid lined, screwed on, bolted on, metric, sae, whatever the first thing I think is Smakmaster. They aint the cheapest but they got everything known to man, and ship ups LOL
