Childersburg AL,
Hoses are here, headed to the shop as soon as I get off work. Can't wait to take it down the road.

Childersburg AL,
So it drives... Running into hellacious ignition break up. I'm gonna pull the coils and epoxy/shrink wrap them. Maybe regap my plugs and see where that leaves me Layin. Crazy thing is the breakup is in the lower rpms.

Childersburg AL,
Pulled em off and found some serious cracks under the little boots.
Put about 4 good thick coats on the entire coil let em dry overnight. Dropped em back in this morning and started her up, idle greatly improved but I didn't have time to drive it. Also noticed that my clips are all junk and need to be replaced soon.

Childersburg AL,
Recapped my plugs at .028 and dropped my fuel pressure to 42psi, definatly cleared up a lot. There is still a window from 2200-3200 that it seems to want to stumble. I did some good top end pulls and there is zero break up @10-12 psi. Boost controller will not be connected until I figure this out. Debating closing the gap a little more maybe .025ish I've read a lot of people going as low as .022 but I'm sure they were single turbo with a lot more boost.

Couple pics I took over the weekend

Fuel pressure is too high. Should be 40 or lower.

Did you do 12v mod? And better than stock fuel pump>?

Childersburg AL,
Put in some work the last couple weeks, put the front end back on and replaced my old worn out struts with a new set of KYB's. I've been playing with the plug gap some and just can't seem to get it right.
The car loves to be beat on no break up what so ever, but as soon as you try to cruise it stumbles around.
Debating going back to a hotter plug since I'm only running 10-12lbs of boost and see if that makes a diffrence.

As soon as I get everything smoothed out she gonna take a trip to the body man for a fresh coat of Alpine White III

Loaded up this past Sunday and took it to the track for some test and tune, my friend talked me into pulling the exhaust and running open down pipe for the day.
That day I dropped the plug gap to .25 which made it idle like shit but it seemed to wake up on the big end.

This was early in the day, it was hot as sin on 10lbs of boost with a modest launch on street tires. At this point we were trying to get the afr's out of the high 9's low 10's

Childersburg AL,
I want to run a bomex 3 hole rep from shine, but I'm so afraid ill drag it off and bust all the fiberglass in the bumper.
Right now I'm running the good old Home Depot lip. If it drags I spend $14 and replace it lol.
